Mark has been involved in football for over thirty years, and began coaching in 1998. He earned his UEFA A Licence in 2009, and after a playing career in non-league football, has coached at all levels ranging from children's to men's teams. Prior to founding Elite Sporting Provision, he lead the academy programme at semi-professional club Kingstonian for five years. His former clubs include Tooting & Mitcham United, Molesey, Kingstonian, Chertsey Town, Leatherhead, Walton Casuals and Walton & Hersham.
Adam is a former professional footballer who enjoyed spells at Millwall, Crystal Palace, Nottingham Forest and Fulham. Fortunate to play alongside players such as John Terry, Frank Lampard, and Steven Gerrard, whilst also being involved in the England youth set-up, Adam has now transferred his knowledge to the touchline - which has seen him manage and coach from grassroots level up to semi-professional clubs. Prior to founding Elite Sporting Provision, Adam consulted with several global organisations in supporting their growth development strategy.
Sarah has been in the fitness game since 2005 gaining a qualification in exercise to music to teach pure aerobics and other exercise to music basics classes. She had been adding other classes such as aqua, urban rebound and bootcamp. Sarah then went on to add children fitness to her qualifications in 2014, training with the YMCA, and hasn’t looked back since. Sarah delivers children’s fitness classes which are fun and effective to children in schools at lunch time and after school clubs. Sarah loves having the mix of teaching both adults and children as it keeps it fresh.
Frank is a FA level 2 football coach as well as a ECB level 2 cricket coach. He currently works in both primary and secondary schools and has done for the past 7 years. Frank Currently plays cricket at his local club, East molesey cricket club, who play in the Surrey championship Premier and works with many of the local cricket colts sections.
Finlay is a FA level 2 coach in football and a FA level 1 coach in Futsal. He is in his second year at St Mary’s University studying Sports Coaching Science as well as playing football for the university team. He has coached both girls and boy’s football in the local area for the last 4 years and has worked for ESP for 3 years.
Luca has been involved in football since the age of seven and has spent the last two seasons playing in the isthmian youth league. Luca is in his first year at St. Mary’s university studying sports science degree whilst also representing the university football team. He is also a fully qualified FA registered referee along with being in the process of completing his FA coaching badges.
Aimee current attending Three Rivers Academy Sixth Form college where she is studying psychology, law and BTEC in sport. She has completed the Active Surrey Gifted + Talented Leadership Academy and enjoys passing on her knowledge onto the children she now coaches. Aimee has played football since 11 years old and in her spare time plays for Walton Casuals Ladies.
Abbie is currently doing her A-levels at Woking College where she is studying Biology, Spanish and A level PE with the aim to go to University to study in Sports Physio Therapy or Sports Science. She has a passion for sport and loves to play netball and football. Abbie enjoys working with and coaching children of all ages and has completed Active Surrey’s Gifted and Talented Leadership Academy course.

Keith is the former team manager at Watford Ladies after spells with Charlton Athletic Ladies, Millwall Lionesses and the Estonia Women's National Team. He was elected president of the Surrey Coaches Association in 2010, and in 2012 gained his UEFA Pro Licence – the highest award available in Europe.
